3. Booking & Cancellation
- All appointments must be booked in advance through our designated booking platform.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited.
4. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
You acknowledge that exercise and fitness programs involve inherent risks. You confirm that you are physically capable of participating in fitness activities. We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
